Our creative consultancy operates as a virtual business - not restricted by location, and not defined by the skills and influences of a finite workforce.  

Unlike a typical agency with a rigid set-up, we're able to activate the right people for a specific brief and give them the opportunity to work on whatever they want, from wherever they choose to be.

With nothing holding us back, we have an office in every city and no limits to what we can create.
The team... 
With over 30 years combined experience, Craig Buglass and Rob Warner have served as the creative figureheads for an array of iconic brands from Alfred Dunhill and Sonia Rykiel to Nike and lululemon.

As award-winning, multi-category product leaders who have built and inspired global design, development and merchandising teams, the pair have lived and worked across the world.  Their strategies for trend, innovation, design, merchandising and production have driven expansion into emerging markets such as the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Instrumental in the exponential growth of many blue-chip companies, Craig and Rob’s insight-driven global perspective has positioned them at the forefront of the fashion industry, from sportswear to luxury goods.  Together, they have created spark.

In 2017, Brian Kutsch became part of the set-up as Creative Director of Footwear.  Having held design leadership and key roles at brands including Lacoste and Converse, and gaining a wealth of experience while on campus at Nike, Brian brings a deep understanding of creative strategy, innovation and manufacturing which he combines with keen consumer insights.
